Returns 

If you would like to return your item and the box has not been opened, feel free to contact us at customerservice@clonepillows.com. Unfortunately, we can not except returns once the box has been opened due to health concerns regarding COVID-19. Customers are responsible to pay for return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned item(s) back to us, a refund will be issued (less shipping costs). You have 14 days from the day received to return your item. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We will replace items if they are delivered defective or damaged. If you have questions regarding defective product, send us an email at customerservice@clonepillows.com

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs of the item to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
