Refund policy


Returns 

If you need to return your item and have not opened the vacuum sealed pillow, feel free to contact us at customerservice@clonepillows.com - unfortunately we can not except returns once the pillow has been opened, since we will not be able to resell it in new condition. Once we receive your returned item(s) back to us, a refund will be issued (less shipping costs). You have 14 days from the day received to return your item. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We will replace items if they are delivered defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or have questions regarding defective product, send us an email at customerservice@clonepillows.com

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs of the item to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
