Refund and Return Policy
All returns should be made within 14 days from the day of delivery. There will be no returns after 14 days from the day of delivery. Customers need to email customerservice@clonepillow.com for further instructions on how to return the products.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE PROPERLY AND SAFELY PACKED TO ENSURE PRODUCTS WILL ARRIVE INTACT. IMPROPERLY PACKAGED RETURNS MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCTS AND WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO FULLY REFUND YOUR PURCHASE IN SOME CASES.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Refund amount will be the original product. In some cases the Shipping Charges are not published in the website as they are included in the price. If your return is authorized, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and additional fees from products that are damaged or where the original packaging is damaged.
