Returns
Unfortunately, we can not except any opened returns at this time due to health concerns regarding COVID-19.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or have questions regarding defective product, send us an email at customerservice@clonepillows.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for return or refund your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
